they transplant anything alive out of McCain into Bush then out of Bush into this corpse to keep them going. Anyway the clock is ticking on her and she will never sit on the court again with any luck so we will have another nomination surely before March.

Considering her last noteworthy (or newsworthy) action was showing up to the State of the Union address three sheets to the wind and then nodding off, it's well past time the old biddy retired:

Ginsburg: My health is fine, ribs are 'almost repaired'

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, undergoes lung procedure to remove cancerous growth

I presume she's just hanging in there to prevent Trump nominating a Pro Life judge to take her place.

In all honesty, is she even capable of making judgements ?

Her age must limit her physical & mental ability. Then throw lung cancer into the mix.

Are there others in the background doing the work for her ?
This has precedent. Once Woodrow Wilson was bedridden after a stroke, his wife ran the show from behind he scenes and there may be more than a grain of truth to the rumors that Reagan was non compos mentis during the last years of his second term.
