A new academic paper just published by the University of Vienna. Just as a point of interest, Vienna is from a Celtic root. The "Vein" is the same as Irish "Fionn" meaning bright. V is a voiced F. This root is cognate with the Irish "Fís" meaning vision, and is also found in the name of the Vedic God, Visnu.
