If Trump comes back with a bigger majority on the house and senate what will the liberals do?

Usually the mid-term elections provides the opportunity for the electorate to give the incumbent a kicking.

If the Republicans retain/increase the number of reps and senators, it will be some achievement.

Alot of centre-left people are going to stay at home. The democrats disgraced themselves with their lurid 'trust women, hang him high w/o evidence' mob circus. Particularly if they take heed of some of these women quietly withdrawing their claims on BK, reports of which the media is typically keen to downplay.

There is no reason to be optimistic for Trump at this point.

I would say judging by all available data that republicans will increase seats in the senate by 3 and hold congress by a slim margin , if you take into account they are incumbent party it’s a huge statement

Polls close earliest in Indiana and parts of Kentucky in a little over 6 hours, at 6pm EST. Then we will know immediately if the young democrats came out and Trump is screwed. Kentucky being the better indicator imo.

But we shall see early enough..
