Allegations having been circulated widely on social media over the weekend that a black bin bag containing postal and proxy voting forms as part of an attempt to steal votes was found in Londonderry...

many of the forms had been filled in and signed, along with “a list of inactive voters names being registered and proxies put In without their knowledge”.

When asked if Sinn Fein opposed vote fraud and if any of its members were involved in the Foyle bin bag incident, the party said: “The right to vote in the north was hard won. Sinn Fein, like other parties, assist and encourage people to exercise their democratic franchise and would oppose any attempt to deny that right.”

The huge increase in proxy votes in the area has been raised before...

The sitting SDLP MP Mark Durkan was ousted by Sinn Fein’s former Mayor of Derry and Strabane, Elisha McCallion, by 169 votes.

It later emerged that the use of proxy votes in some Sinn Fein-dominated areas of Derry was more than 17 times the UK average.

SDLP MLA Mark H Durkan met the PSNI this week to make a formal complaint about proxy vote abuse after the party lost its Foyle Westminster seat to Sinn Fein by just 169 votes.

Eamonn McCann, the former People Before Profit MLA, also made a complaint to the Electoral Office about proxy vote use in Foyle.

What is really fishy is that Durkan and the SDLP leadership made nary a peep and rolled right over, even though there appeared to be vote fraud. You would've thought they would have fought it tooth and nail, but the dust settled quickly after the initial complaint. Then again, Colm Eastwood is a contemptible cuck.

During the 1980s the UK state cracked down heavily on "voter fraud" in the North believing that this would harm the Shinners and the DUPed- instead it harmed the SDLP and the UUP.

I have raised the question of Vote rigging on this Forum several times, but got little reaction.
The basis of an Electoral system is the Voting Register. The number of Ballot papers issued is equivalent to the number on the Register.
If the Register is not updated yearly,it can contain dead and emigrated names. These excess names are then used to 'stuff' ballot boxes.
This can be done physically by 'stuffing' Ballot boxes or by Postal voting.
Of course Ballot dumping can also be used ,when the security of Boxes is not verified in transit from Polling stations to counting stations.
Irelands Voting Register has not been updated for many years. I have personal experience of this, with my dead uncle being on the Register despite being dead 10 years.
This would explain FG complacency at an Election, despite their appalling record.
You can check the Register yourself and see if any of your family, dead or departed the Parish are listed. If everyone does this we can clean it up and get genuine results. Spread it about.,its your duty.

I presume the parties on the other side of the political and religious divide " are pure and innocent" and never got their hands dirty doing such corrupt practices. Well the obvious trick up to this generation was "gerrymandering" and "re-drawing districts and regions electoral areas" .That is as much "corrupting the system" as and stuffing ballots of non-existant voters / dead people votes being cast.It has been common practice in the UK since postal voting was brought in to " boost the falling turnout " and help parties to "keep their seats in certain areas".The Labour party in the Midlands and Nothern England were/are notorious for "rigging postal votes" among BME voters who have little or no English and certainly cannot read the ballot paper.

Vote rigging is rampant in Irish elections and referenda, The Electoral Register has not been overhauled in decades with dead and emigrated still included ,
The fact that theres almost no calls whatsoever from the govt or media to reform it should set alarm bells off for most people but they think its tin foil hat territory to suggest anything untoward.
