Shop worker 'just couldn't resist' stealing from till

A shop sales assistant who pocketed more than €1,800 from the till was caught stealing by a CCTV camera directly over his head, a court heard.

Every day I read this thread in disbelief. No criminal record
I already know why theres no prosecution.
The Gardai must be so demotivated with this.

Just because someone may have "no criminal record" in this country does not mean they are not a criminal.

This Person from Pakistan is 38 years old, has been here 7 years and is a student, of what we don't know, and nor do we know if he has been studying here for all of the 7 years he has been here. Not the brightest student as there was a CCTV camera over his checkout which meant he had to plead guilty .His wife is now pregnant and I suspect that is a factor in the lenient judgement.

So now to avoid a prison sentence, the new Irish can be having a bad mental health day and/or have got someone pregnant.

There were 4 separate thefts in this case, not one.
No reason given for the thefts.

There seems to be a litany of excuses not to charge them but we know the real reason is that they do not want us to see how many thieves and scum we have accepted into Ireland. Because of the bank bailout and loss of sovereignty ,the EU call all the shots and the government execute them .
The basis of this and future Irish governments is that they are there to supervise the EU rules in Ireland . Until this can be broken..we are fecked
