So let's be clear about your 'argument' here: Because we have native criminals, that should be no deterrent to importing everyone elses' criminals? Clown world philosophy from you C. Honk Honk

Are you also saying this fellow is not Irish? I agree.
If he has an Irish he is an Irish citizen. Secondly this foolish thread is a rather lame attempt to imply we are importing foreign criminals wholesale. Every nation has criminals in their midst. Unless you are planning to screen every one coming in Minority Report style or you ban all non-Irish from entering the country some non-Irish criminals will get in.

I like this solution best, barring holiday visas of course. Even then vigorous back ground checks from terror sponsoring nations needs to happen.
Absolutely background checks need to happen but as I was on about a Vietnamese man that is not relevant. As for your first sentence it is laugahble in 2019 anyone actually believes this is possible.

The second one could bairly wait to get into ireland before committing a crime
So, he threw a punch at a Guard, tried to set fire to a hatch that presumably there were Garda behind, yet he's only being charged with 'criminal damage to a hatch'?

A 38-year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident where an aersol spray was set alight inside a Garda station and thrown at an officer.

Paulias Kazlauskas has been charged with criminal damage to a hatch in the public office at Togher Garda station in Cork following the incident at about 1.50am on Saturday morning.

It is alleged Mr Kazlauska, from Lithuania, had just been released from garda custody at Togher Garda station following his arrest earlier in the night for being drunk and disorderly when the incident happened.

It is also alleged Mr Kazlauskas tried to throw a punch at a garda and then smashed the glass in the hatch in the public office at the station and flung a lighted can of deodorant at the hatch.

What annoyed me is the stupid judge's description of this drunk as a Libyan 'patriot'.

But dont worrk we will have these two imports to tell us how racist we are and how they are more Irish than we are

Actually the racism here is on the part of the Indo..
Chu is Irish, speaks with an Irish accent. Born in Ireland. Married to an Irishman.
And despite all that the Info considers her a migrant?
