Someone was saying: "they have to form the Seanod with 90 days of polling for the election" so we need a new government and Seanod formed by then.... or what happens exactly?

Can they delay again at that point, or do they have to go for another election no exceptions?

How are some of these people still ministers when they aren't even TDS any more?
Caretaker governments can still have a minister in charge of a department even if s/he isn't a TD or a senator of the current Dáil until that Dáil elects a new government.
