I am glad you are finally admitting the 'new Irish' are nothing of the sort and have distinct ethnic needs unrelated to the choice of locale .
Why should Irish kids only have exposure to Irish educators in Ireland?

That is just ridiculous.

We live in a multicultural Ireland with 17% foreign born and growing, these Irish school children have fellow school children as friends from 10's and 10's of different backgrounds, let the educators also be representative of these backgrounds

Education is education. The ethnic background of the teacher is irrelevant.
