Nobody is subject to the level of bile, vitriol, hate, threats of violence and abuse than the so called 'Far Right'
Gemma O'Doherty receives online threats to her safety regularly and is subject to a tsunami of abuse daily, also she has had several death threats and explicit calls for violence against her.

The thing is that roc_ goes out of his way on the interweb to be as cruel as possible very often- and I am not thinking of myself here, the first person that came to mind in this regard was NiceNin- so his compliants about people spewing vitriol on to others are deeply ironic. The lack of self awareness on his part is terrifying.

As I said, let's wait and see.

And it's hardly a stretch to posit that the far right may have engaged in online abuse and bullying, is it. E.g.

That’s clearly an attention seeking homosexual in the video thus extremely likely to be a cultural Marxist.

Yes, it might well have been nicenin in that video. The phrases, terminology and mentality definitely rang a few bells. It is highly likely it was someone from this forum. Yes, nicenin, I will run some searches for key phrases later on and test the hypothesis further. Thanks.

Let's see where it goes. If the Crime Editor of the Irish Sun is making an allegement about the Garda's abuse by the far right I expect he will follow up with some kind of evidence in due course. So let's revisit then.

And with that in mind I suggest we not jump to making lame false equivalences with the overt conspiracist mindedness that the "far right" manifestly thrive on.
So who are these far right bogy men (and will men) you always refer to?

I think the term "far right" today encompasses a wide spectrum of views that has at its centre fake news and conspiracies, abuse of free speech, racist rhetoric, politicising of crises, and so on.

Of course everyone who has read her posts knows that NiceNin is a gracious Christian lady and nothing like that character, admittedly some of her ideas can be far out at times however I would not like a society where people are punished for occasional eccentricity. I thought about deleting the above post but decided against it, mainly because it clearly demonstrates the lack of genuine inner reflection on the part of it's author given everything else he has said in this thread.

So its whatever you're having yourself?
No, there is an undeniable political phenomenon encompassing the rise of populist right wing politicians like Donald Trump, Orban, et al, and with it a resurgence of white supremacy, xenophobia, conspiracy theories, mob cries of "pedophiles", beliefs in evil "globalist" or "deep state" forces working against their common rights and true deserts, responsible for all their failures in life, and the pervasive message that it can all be blamed on "others" - which is the basic proposition of the "far right".

No doubt many of those we would describe as "far right" like to think they're special, that their views are particularly nuanced, for example after watching youtube they take unique views of the meanings of words like "supremacist" and claim it doesn't apply to them, you witness some dumbasses so accustomed to privilege that equality feels like oppression to them so they turn themselves into the victims.

Point is the phenomenon the general public observe and want a word for pays little heed to how these people would prefer to describe themselves, and they are correct, because the fact is while the far right are desperate to think well of themselves, they are in fact thinking and behaving like odious, unthinking shits, and they're just trying to cover that with terminology like "patriots" and so on.

Far right = anyone who has a different worldview. you use far right to demonise them and shut down all and any debate. Calling people Fascists hasn’t worked now we’re all far right. You do know you are only codding yourselves and making centrists more determined to defeat socialism?

That can easily be turned on its head and it can be said that the labelling of people as "Far Right" is simply being used for it's chilling effect to dissuade ordinary people for veering too far from corporatist, neoliberal, radical mainstream narratives.

BTW Globalists are evil. They are destroying the planet and they love war. Have you not noticed?

The same elites that wrote the Jim Crows laws are now weaponising identity politics against ordinary people. Just like here Irelands premier mainstream Anti Semite sired Irelands original Hate Speech advocate.

And the idea that the so called "far right" have anything to do with "White Supremacy" is laughable. Show us anyone, anywhere on the planet anywhere near the levers of power that could be genuinely be described as "White Supremacists"? And no - Orban doesn't count.

What you are mistaking - deliberately or not, because of your ingrained oikophobia, for FR/WS is actually natural reactions to disenfranchisement and the lower classes recognising they have been abandoned by the the elites that seek to balkanise society for there own ends.

So you think you have the perfect trick - label anyone not happy with society and its trajectory as a loser but really your analysis is just shallow hateful bullshit

Those who object to being called "far right" should then be more wary of labelling others as "establishment shills" "globohomo" etc. One cannot be annoyed at being labelled when one does alot of labelling themselves.
