'Far-right activists stir up racial tension in Lisdoonvarna with anti-immigrant literature'

TD Timmy Dooley for Clare (Fianna Fáil) says far-right activists from Dublin attempted to stir up racial tension in Lisdoonvarna with anti-immigrant literature which they distributed around the town. He told Newstalk the literature contained the kind of sentiment that is associated with far-right groups.

He also told Newstalk that they posted a notification on the door of the King Thomand hotel which is being turned into a direct provision centre for 115 asylum seekers expressing anti-immigrant and anti-migration sentiments.

93% of Lisdoonvarna locals at a community meeting recently voted against having an asylum centre in the area but the hotel owner Marcus White signed the contract regardless despite earlier claiming he would abide by their wishes.

The 'far-right, anti-immigrant' leaflet which was handed out to locals.

The 'far-right, anti-immigration' poster which was posted on the hotel door.

Its great to see people fighting back, however, where did they get the name, Far right activists? Whose to say it's not normal people sick of the third world being dumped onto their front doors.

Also, does Dooley know that the people of the town voted against the third world dumping in their town?

I love how they think they know who these people are, FFS.

To think this is a FF TD, the likely next government. Its clear to see that there will be no change in the direction regardless if you vote ,FF, FG , Labour, Greens or Sinn Fein.
It is the one burning question I am looking to have answered when they come door to door looking for votes. FF/FG are the opposite cheeks of the same arsehole on this matter.

SF are the political wing of the biggest criminal organisation in the country in the IRA and as we have all seen with the support of Muslim Brotherhood poster family the Halawa's they will welcome malcontents and extremists to the country if they believe they can be a useable resource.

Labour have and will never will be an option and the Greens may as well represent the Monster Raving Looney party for all the influence they have.
