So ireland has failed to qualify for the Final on Saturday.

Even our beloved European Neighbours Australia qualified.

Was our song that bad, should we just quit the damn thing now?

Eurovision is for people who have little interest in music--or deep down probably hate it. The orginal X-Factor? Rating music in a popularity contest. Just lame.

Typical Montrose effort, songs ok but would never win it.

As for the show its nothing to do with Music anymore, when countries like Australia qualify with a Korean singer the whole show has become a joke.

Should we leave? No, but it needs reforming just like the EU.

Well im back from Oz for a few weeks so naturally gave them a vote tonight.

The whole thing is political these days and no longer a song contest.

Send back the Turkey next year.

Who even watches Eurovision these days?

As a kid I remember sitting around the TV with the family watching Johnny Logan, but today its nothing more than a political statement of Political Correctness.

Ahh come on, its always good for a laugh, I always watch it if only to see how bad the music is.

Its not to be taken serious.
