European travel for work was not that difficult prior to the EU, if you had desirable skills. Putting an end to low skill grifters and baristas crossing borders is no bad thing
If you had a required skill set.
Or education/ linguistics standard.
As it should be!

in the early days of the EU project, they never advertised that Europe would be swamped by men from the Third World.

it is now too late to save the EU experiment. The faith was shattered. The confidence broken, too many lies. Gone.

Name one country where the population are strongly pro EU ? its probably whoever is the poorest country this year.

I often wonder if an italian working as a barista in cafe Nero on peanuts living in London would actually be financially better of staying in Italy.

What if you are a digital nomad? And you fancy living in a warmer climate like Portugal or spain. These days you can work for a Tech company in the U.S and live anywhere you want

You should only be able to work or live anywhere you belong or are allowed to be. Not anywhere you want. This is open borders

probably less chance of getting stabbed by a hoody gang in Italy ? certainly a much better chance of pulling a fit bird in a nightclub in Italy. Far fewer disaffected single men roaming about. Less rioting in italy.

The Duran has been doing a great job at hammering the EU during the Greek and Corona Crises. They are blistering in this update

I know a few people like that.
Again they are paying their rent/taxes and spending their money in the locality.
That's a win for everyone.
