This Dark horse is a total fockin arshe hole. Builders were protected by government when they should have been let go to hell. Bankers were bailed out by government at the directions of the EU when they should have been told to go to hell.

This is why hard working people are poor, their money is stolen by government
Builders were protected by limited liability - one of the foundations of Western prosperity
Protecting the Banks meant protecting the life savings of your average Joe
If the Banks had been let go then there would have been mass starvation or revolution
Only the looney left wanted that

Lack of a sound policy and robust regulation gave the left an opportunity.

If they'd gotten into power, we'd be all wearing boiler suits.

Fortunately that didn't happen, but there should never have been an opportunity.

The figures:

"THERE ARE NOW just under 10,000 homeless adults and children living in state-funded emergency accommodation across the country, latest figures reveal."

Whilst it isn't right that these people cannot afford even a modest home, I would argue that they're not homeless.

Anyway, we're going on a detour here. My point was about the Banking fraternity's unholy influence on Government.
Well if you think thats the extent of the property crisis in this country then you are on the wrong planet

The property crisis was caused by poorly regulated banking practices.

The issues we're experiencing now can be directly traced to FF's fiscal policies during the early to mid naughties.

Brian Cowen played a role in that.

But FF policies on banking practises hadn't changed for years
What did change is peoples greed to acquire property assets
Which ultimately backfired on them

Why didn't the government respond to that? They are, after all, supposed to manage the affairs of the state, including regulating spending (greed).

They did
They taxed investment property to the hilt
But property prices were being pushed up so much that investors didnt care and were prepared to take the chance
But it didnt work out - so why should I feel sorry for them?
Had they won out they wouldn't be subsdising me ..

The only way to sort you out is ask you a few questions.

If Jack Reilly Builders is not a limited company and goes burst leaving 500,000 Euros un paid debt

Jack Reilly Builders Limited goes burst leaving 500,000 Euros unpaid debt.

What difference does it make for A) Jack Reilly and B) Creditors C) Shareholders

Answer by A, B and C with one sentence
