Greenspan, the Sheepherder

It is common knowledge by now that Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan oversaw, enabled and approved of, a major transition in the US economy. His infamous “Greenspan-put” in which his actions at the central bank would be driven, if not dictated, by the whims of financial markets, clearly led to higher asset prices. Investors obviously picked up on the strong bias in the Greenspan-Fed’s conduct of monetary policy as they slashed rates at the tiniest hiccup in financial markets, and kept them at low levels for much longer than what would be considered prudent by former administrations. Following markets on the escalator up and taking the elevator down together set a precedent that created a Frankenstein monster, which socialised losses through the printing press while privatizing profits. Such a system was and still is unsustainable as it more or less ensures valuations decouple from underlying fundamentals.

It's obvious that any Socialist society must be able to control and plan its labour supply. That's impossible with mass immigration. Mass immigration means no Socialism. That is the point that all these pseudo Lefties don't understand. The USA is a perfect example. A multicultural chaos, where nobody trusts his neighbour or fellow worker enough to organise powerful trade unions and Socialist parties. And, of course, that suits the ruling class down to the ground. Of course, what we have seen in Britain and Ireland is derelict and defunct former Socialist parties encouraging mass immigration, and then living off the votes of the immigrants because the native population are too smart to vote for such frauds and shams. Sinn Féin is behaving like this now.

Those groups are very "Tout addled" & they are steered by people who simply don't like Ireland.

Who in the name of God would want to bring poor immigrants into a mess like this, so the Ship could sink all the faster, bringing Irish & Immigrants down together?

406,000 dole claimants in 2016, broad Irish jobless rate at 18%

The seasonally-adjusted total on the Irish Live Register and in public activation jobs schemes was at 405,509 in the first month of 2016 according to the CSO today.

The broad jobless rate was 18% compared with the narrow rate of 8.6% based on the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) definition of employment as paid work of at least one hour per week.

France's broad rate is about 20% and the US rate in December was 9.9% compared with the ILO rate of 5%.

The net emigration of 147,000 by Irish nationals in 2009-2015 is equivalent to 6% of the workforce.

17% of Irish-born live overseas; 20% of Irish population foreign-born

Karl M & Eugen BVB would be aghast to think that this type of Population Surging was being facilitated so long after they considered how to get the population, workforce & infrastructure balanced out.
