Nobody knows the actual numbers, anywhere.
It's bluff and bluster, pulling figures from holes....
The important thing is to know what one knows, and know what one doesn't know.
The important thing is to have a grasp on probabilities and risks.
Decisions are rarely if ever made on the basis of anywhere near “perfect knowledge”. That's just not real life, I hate to break it to you.
People like you need to grasp that that what is being dealt with are in fact huge nonlinear, complex, adaptive, human, social, economic, technical, administrative, political, and other systems, interacting with each other, where there is no proportionality, no certainty (non-deterministic), and no simple causality.
Why don't you let go of these foolish right wing American narratives you are being fed with and use your brain a bit?
Is that asking too much?

The liars label the truth as dog whistling, facist, Nazi, pro Trump American right wing. It is common practise for criminals to brag and to accuse the victims of their crimes. Be in no doubt those pseudo intellectuals are the real Nazis. They'd shamelessly sell their own mothers for a quick buck and a good story/ tall tale.

China the country where it came from is the only country not being strangled by the thing.

Part of does indeed suspect we are in an age of biological warfare.

Some 37 countries including Nigeria, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Venezuela and Iran could face civil unrest and protests lasting up to three years
due to the economic fallout of the pandemic, according to analysis by a global risk firm.:(

A very good summary of the HCQ story and the concerted disinformation against it. Plus the evidence of whether it does or doesn't provide relief from Covid.
Plus it's use won't bankrupt a health system or the person that needs treatment.
