By the Gulag wall.
Flanagan has really been caught with his pants down, its completely backfired and hilarious to watch.
Fair play to the lad that recovered 'Brandons' old tweets, its given the establishment a taste of their own medicine.
I'm really starting to believe that those in so called power, arent the brightest.

Yes, sometimes we can impute malice because we can't believe that anyone could be that stupid, but when you're dealing with the planks in Leinster House....

Garda Commissioner Drew Harris was part of the circle engaged to flag the law change and did so on KFM last week. Mr. Arrey has also been listed in a DOJ document as a participant.

Given the subject matter of the legislation, it is entirely reasonable to assume Mr Arrey's twitter account was Garda reviewed and approved. Furthermore, he did not remove the posts prior to participating in the photocall and issuing the veiled threat to Gemma O'Doherty.

As such, we now have a benchmark for what does not constitute "hate speech".

No presumption of error or "administrative oversight" should be afforded to either Charlie Flanagan or Drew Harris in this case.

Mary Wilson and RTE Drivetime should also asked when will the Minister who appeared on the programme Friday and labelled Niall "The Patriot" as "Alt-Right" be returning for re-interview to discuss his engagement of Mr. Arrey.

Labelling any individual or group far right or alt right should be defined as hate speech if such laws were to be introduced.
