Calls for Minister for Children, Roderic O'Gorman, to resign over links to Peter Tatchell

Anti-Corruption Ireland founder and investigative journalist Gemma O'Doherty has called for the Minister for Children Roderic O'Gorman to resign over his association with Peter Tatchell.

Irish Freedom Party leader Hermann Kelly has also called for O'Gorman's resignation if he agrees with Tatchell's views.

Yesterday some pictures were highlighted on the PoliticalIrish.com forum of O'Gorman associating with Tatchell at Dublin Pride in 2018.

Tatchell is a British LGBT activist who has made controversial statements on children and sexuality.

In 2011, Tatchell claimed that schoolchildren should be taught fellatio and cunnilingus, as a ‘safe’ option. He has also advocated lowering the age of consent to 14.

But perhaps Tatchell's most controversial statement is the one he made in a letter to the Guardian in 1997.

In the letter he wrote that challenging "the assumption that all sex involving children and adults is abusive" was courageous.

He also stated that several of his friends "gay and straight, male and female had sex with adults from the ages of nine to thirteen" and that none feel they were abused — "it gave them great joy".

Tatchell wrote a chapter in the controversial book Betrayal of Youth in 1986. According to a Daily Mail article, ‘The book’s editor was Warren Middleton, a prominent activist with the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), the notorious lobby group formed in the Seventies to campaign for the ‘rights’ of predatory sex offenders….Also in the book was an essay by PIE activist Roger Moody entitled: How To Make Paedophilia Acceptable. Tatchell's chapter discussed lowering the age of consent.

Read this thread for further details.

In 2016, Tatchell was named as winner of the James Joyce Award 2016 and the recipient of an Honorary Fellowship from University College Dublin.

Accepting his award, he outlined his vision for the future — a world where the vast majority is bisexual:

"Homosexuality as a separate, exclusive sexual orientation and identity will begin to fade and so will its mirror opposite heterosexuality as we evolve into a sexually enlightened and accepting post homophobic society.

"The vast majority of people will be open to the possibility of both opposite sex and same sex desires."

At the Dublin Pride Annual Debate in June 2018, Tatchell consented that while parents would be able to opt out of LGBT lessons in school, opting out could be made more difficult by forcing parents to come to the school and take their child out of each individual lesson. He said this practice was trialed in Northern Ireland and they found the level of parental opt-out "dropped to almost zero".

John Waters said there was a history of paedophilia within other Green parties around the world. During the 1970's he said members of the German Green party including a prominent EU MEP actively campaigned to have paedophilia legalised.

In 2014, the German Green Party commissioned investigators to probe its past associations with pro-pedophilia groups. Their report found that the German “pedosexual movement,” which advocated the legalization of “consensual” sex between adults and children, found a surprisingly warm reception in the party in the 1980s.

Nationalists have been pushing this story heavily on Twitter, but no sign as yet of it going 'normie', which is when the Irish media would be forced into covering it.

Broadsheet felt they needed to mention some of it.

Check out some of the stuff that David Norris has said and yet he still has bourgeois respectability.

The meeja are a rabbit caught in headlights with this one

I don't think its really on their radar, and if they are aware of it, they certainly won't be pushing the story.

Its only when a story has already begun to circulate on social media that legacy media have to stop doing the ostrich impression and cover it.

If it fails to gain traction on social media, regular media will be breathing a sigh of relief.

It depends on whether it does raise peoples eyebrows on social media and even then, they may give O'Gorman the benefit of the doubt. Was he even aware of Tatchell's comments?

John Waters made the point last night that the Glitterhole thing was stopped in it's tracks by Dun Laoghaire Mammies and Daddies. So the country has not turned into all out Weimar yet.

John waters was on fire last night. Have to admit it was very black pilling, but he's so spot on. What a great mind he is. Perhaps the Irish Jordan peterson in some ways.

I reckon if enough push comes from the public, the corrupt msm will not be able to ignore it (as usual).

I thought John put the media situation in stark relief last night. RTE bought and paid for by the government, who prop them up with our money.

He said the 9 o'clock News should be prefixed with a message that this is 'paid for by the Irish government and is complete lies'.

Add that to the situation with Communicorp which owns Newstalk/Today FM. which has announced that it is committed to ending 'hateful' content and you have a totally corrupt media that can't be trusted.

That's why the alt media sources are needed more than ever. RTE and Communicorp are just state propaganda.
