He also said the Law was broken & it had to be upheld with the Deportation
Then you're falling for a Janus. Forget Casey. He's a non-entity. Too busy talking to Hot Press journos about losing his virginity and being an abortionist. Maybe you just have a thing for Derrymen.

Peader is Pro Mass Immigration - his Tweet verifies that...
Missed with that hatchet again.

His was a neutral tweet. Most immigration critics wanted to give that Christian Pakistani lady asylum and all PT referred to was asylum. Most people are happy enough with asylum as long as it isn't being gamed.

That's Martinism. Most FFers are anti-immigration in their gut, but they haven't got the guts to actually take a position on it. But they're more likely to be brave some day than if we just cede a major party off to diehard ideological multi-culturalists.
I know all that about FF.
Reality is, if bbenchers do not get some spine in their gut soon, there will be no rehabilitation for them.
They either get rid of Martin, or start making moves in that direction, and get strong behind some big guns, they had the opportunity with O Cuiv...or game over for them. Martin will be looking to cleanse (ethnically in a manner of speaking) the party to shore up support - the time was the O Cuiv event. Unless they do something fast with Toibín. If nothing is coming from all that within next 3 months - game over for them.
National Party should see to approaching FF back benchers if that is case. The FF old guard would be best hitching to what is looking to be a pre-split National Party....with all the benefit of hindsight going for it too.

That a picture of you, bucko?

Neutral tweet, hatchetman.

Many anti-immigration activists wanted to give the Pakistani Christian woman asylum -- including leading Irexit light Paddy Manning, lol.

Another smear fails.
Paddy ain't a Member yet & that was in England duh...

Stop pushing Immigration!

The high watermark for FF will be a leadership that's just a bit better on corruption, a bit better on a UI. I don't see a JMG doing alot on immigration because the big party gombeens are all tied into that industry. There'll also have to be some appeasement of the defeated liberal wing of FF should this coup actually occur.

We need someone in charge of Fianna Fáil who would be amenable to a coalition with a nationalist party. Haughey cut a deal with his arch-nemesis Des Some other person because of political necessity. We need someone as head of FF who will be willing to do a deal with a nationalist party. Because we're unlikely to have a mass-movement nationalist party which will actually take power by itself. The highest amount of seats a nationalist party can win and hold onto will give the movement greater clout in any future coalition (duh). Pissing in the wind about Kalegris isn't going to get us anywhere.

I agree. But people should control their expectations with FF, they are still going to be very unsightly and limited even in the best case scenario.

A nationalist Minister for Justice is going to be the necessity here. And if that means taming rhetoric then so be it. But right now campaigns for the upcoming European and Local Elections are the best option for nationalist parties.
