Nama have 23 billion of debt remaining on its books and it's worth only 2.3 billion.

How that be possible in today's property market? Are they all in Leitrim or somewhere like that?

Minister Donohoe said the value of the assets securing the €23.9bn debt "is very low and Nama is working to maximise the amount of debt that can be recovered for taxpayers".

He said Nama had indicated its portfolio had a carrying value of €2.3bn at the end of 2018.
