I see Ben Gilroys case stopping the bar on him and others from appearing on a television debate was rejected by a judge agreeing "with Niamh Hyland SC, for RTÉ, that the application was brought in an attempt to enhance his electoral prospects in the May 24th vote."? What the fuck is the effect of excluding a candidate from a debate then Judge?

What ever you think of Gilroy he is dead right here.

Gilroy, who represented himself in court, claimed this impinged upon the “democratic process” and said all candidates should have been given the same opportunity to address the electorate.
He also said the decision by RTÉ was in breach of rule 27 of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, concerning coverage of elections which require “fairness, objectivity and impartiality”.
Mr Justice Allen awarded costs against Gilroy and said he would like seek an interlocutory order.
If there was two many candidates for a debate they can have two debates randomise the candidates for each and double the ratings.

The establishment candidates are so bad they are doing everything they can to make sure they are the only ones the Irish normie brainlets see.

Hermann Kelly has said the BAI ordered RTE to block him from getting on a televised debate also.

Where are the journalists to leak these documents? People challenging this shit are getting smacked down and punished with fines. The state of this shit country.

Ben gilroy is a bit of a dodgy fucker but I'd like to see Hermann get a bit more facetime on the national broadcaster
to represent the views of Eurosceptic citizens.
