Asylum seekers bound for Kenmare

The Kerryman (South Kerry Edition) | 31 Oct 2018 | BY SINEAD KELLEHER

UP to 80 asylum seekers will arrive in Kenmare in the next two weeks, the Department of Justice has confirmed.

The Atlantic Lodge Hotel in Kenmare, which is located on the outskirts of the town, has been identified as a new accommodation centre for the asylum seekers.

It is not known if the new asylum seekers will be male or female but it is understood that they are asylum seekers without families, The Kerryman has learned.

The centre, which has been closed for almost 15 years, is now to reopen to house asylum seekers seeking international protection in Ireland.

The new centre is to be operated by Millstreet Equestrian Services, who already operate a similar centre in Killarney.

The Atlantic Lodge will be one of six direct provision centres in Kerry housing asylum seekers.

In the most recent published report from the Reception and Integration Agency (RIA) responsible for housing asylum seekers, there were 250 asylum seekers in Kerry as of the end of 2016.

The five existing Direct Provision Centres include three in Killarney – Park Road, Atlas House and Linden House and two in Tralee – the Johnston Marina and Atlas House Tralee.

Linden House was at the centre of controversy last year when asylum seekers arrived to the venue without any official notification to the community.

The Department of Justice refused to confirm the exact numbers coming to Kenmare but said the centre has a capacity of 80.

The contract for the centre is for one year, according to the Department of Justice.

If they are "asylum seekers without families", then they will be predominantly single men.

Private operators who run hostel-style accommodation for asylum seekers received €62 million from the State last year.

State paid private firms €60m to house asylum seekers last year

Kinda off topic but I bet the first libtards to break off the chains will be the dykes.
Flooding the country with men is not in their sexual interest, especially conservative masculine men.
Fukk me, its not in our interest (native blokes) either!

Well, if you look at a lot of these bull dyke feminists like Ruth Coppenger - they marry Muslim men. Seems that while they want white men to be metrosexual faggots - they want a real man in bed.

Well that Bilderberg traitor, Simon Coveney, said he wanted to double the size of every town in Ireland with mass immigration. Seems he wasn't joking. Coveney's family are big landlords and doubling the population means at least doubling the value of their property - probably more.

A really nasty slump might naturally flush a lot of the Africans and East Europeans out in that they might go elsewhere. I recall where I was living in 2006 a lot of Africans moved in. By 2009/2010 they had all left the complex. Some are back now but not in the strength of numbers there were.

D4 said it on another thread and I concur from looking at property prices and movements there another crash looming. If immigrants who purchased property suddenly were unable to pay then they are more likely to just hump off rather than stay and negotiate with the Bank.

On the other hand they might stay in the property and refuse to leave and accuse the Bank of being racist in trying to get them out replete with sob stories on RTE.

Not if they're from Pakistan, which has the highest number in Direct Provision since 2015, & still there waiting to get passports. Pakistan has one of the LOWEST average salaries, & they crossed 20 ! Safe Countries to land in IRL, or their UK visa has expired.... They'd have to save a 10% deposit for an average home in Dublin, instead they'll live off the Middle Class. They have Nothing to go back to.

I was listening to Marian this morning, as RTé has increased the Pro-immigration Propaganda in the last few days......... since the backlash from #TakenDown.... (series on sunday night), & among her immigrant guests, from Iran, NZ, there was a South African woman who arrived in Leitrim, with 3 Kids, & is living off the Taxpayer also. She answered an Ad on Facebook ! as the local school were looking for a Family so they could stay open. She's not working, no husband, no car (it would be difficult to work without a car in rural IRL), going to College part-time, +Rent allowance, +Children's allowance, College free, & a free Irish Education for her children, all funded.
Now i don't mind funding an Irish family to move to Leitrim, but from South Africa ?! with no connection to IRL, & we're in the EU as well !
so i texted in, that Rté PROPAGANDA Unit really thinks the public are Dim, etc. etc. text goes on......
I'd ask others to shower them with texts (51551) & twitters, as those who are Awake need to let them have it.

Pakistan, average salary, $132 a month, why would they leave?
Average income around the world
