I get the impression that you don't like the chap. There is no such mess as undercooked salmon. I'd stick to greasy cod from the chipper.

The idea of ramping up testing to get life back to normal makes no sense.
We KNOW that if they ramp up testing that they will find more positive test results meaning more restrictions and more lockdowns.
If they want to get life back to normal then stop testing people until they display symptoms. Guess what the "case" rate will drop like a stone and then hey presto we can get back to normal.
