They can't do that. If they don't test for asymptomatic covid cases, they have no hope ever of track and trace, and no idea if the virus is surging or receding at any point in time, meaning the virus will continue to pop up all over the place in terms of hospitalisations.
This is good, because people are beginning to see that you can have 1000's of 'cases' of Covid ( if you even believe the accuracy of the PCR tests ), but death figures, which are.. how to say it... not that impressive.
